All buggies are designed for two occupants. Single riders are welcome and may be paired with a guide when required for safety or operational reasons.

Choose your adventure, select your date and tour time, enter your guest details, and submit your reservation request. Our team will review the details and email your 50% deposit payment instructions. Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due before or on arrival.
Please check your email after submitting your request. If your confirmation or payment instructions do not arrive within 5 minutes, check your junk or spam folder.
Notice at collection: We collect the contact and booking details you enter to process your reservation request, arrange your tour, and communicate payment instructions. See our Privacy Policy and California Privacy Notice. We do not sell personal information.

Terms & Conditions PLEASE TAKE SOME TIME OUT TO READ THIS BOOKING POLICY. THIS COVERS THE FOLLOWING: Booking Procedure Requirements Reservation vs. Confirmation Cancellations Rescheduling Refunds Booking Procedure Make the booking online by selecting the appropriate tour and completing the form, if you would like transportation please select the option on the booking page. This will generate your booking reservation. Within 24 hours of your reservation make a 50% deposit (NON-REFUNDABLE) for the amount on your invoice. Please have a valid Visa or MasterCard accessible with the required amount available. Once the deposit is collected your status will be updated from "waiting" to "deposit" meaning that your booking is now confirmed and you will receive an email stating this. Requirements A valid driver's license to drive the buggies or picture of your driver's license. Driver's license minimum of 3 years. A valid picture ID is required for everyone participating regardless if you are driving or not. This includes children We reserve the right to keep records of these IDs for a maximum of 3 years. Children under 18 should be accompanied by an adult. Not suitable for guests with back problems. Not suitable for pregnant women. Reservation/Waiting Vs Confirmation A reservation is made when a guest successfully fills out the online booking form and your status changes to "waiting". Confirmation of a booking is achieved ONLY once a deposit (non-refundable) payment is made online. A reservation will be canceled if a deposit is not paid within 48 hours of a reservation. Cancellations To cancel a reservation you may just allow the 48 hours to lapse without a deposit payment or by emailing joel@268buggies.com or texting 1-268-725-2669 and formally making a request for cancellation. Verbal cancellation may not be accepted. No shows will be charged in full to the original payment method. Once deposits are paid they are non-refundable therefore only a date change can be made at that time. The deposit represents 50% of the invoiced amount. Any excess will be refunded in case of a cancellation after the deposit was paid. Please confirm dates and times before booking. If cancelled less than 24hrs before the experience's start time, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling A tour may be rescheduled due to a number of factors. You may reschedule your tour date at anytime prior to 24 hours of your scheduled tour time. To arrange a reschedule please send an email with new date and time of intended tour. You will receive an email within 24 hours with an updated itinerary. A tour can only be rescheduled once. There is a ECD$50.00 processing fee for rescheduling a regular tour and ECD$100.00 processing fee for all inclusive tours. Refunds The deposit represents 50% of the invoiced amount and is NONREFUNDABLE. Any excess will be refunded in case of a cancellation after the deposit was paid. Please confirm dates and times before booking.
