We Do Not Sell or Share Personal Information We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CPRA, some opt-out rights may already be satisfied—but we still provide a Do Not Sell or Share mechanism for transparency and to honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. 3. Your California Rights You have the right to: - Know what personal information we collected, used, disclosed, and retained - Access specific pieces of personal information - Delete personal information, subject to exceptions (e.g., complete transactions, security, legal compliance) - Correct inaccurate personal information - Opt out of sale/sharing (available at our Do Not Sell or Share page) - Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to permitted operational purposes - Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights 4. How to Submit a Request Email: privacy@268buggies.com Subject line: "California Privacy Request" Include: full name, email used for booking, request type, and enough detail for us to verify your identity. Authorized agents must provide signed authorization and verification of the consumer's identity where required. 5. Verification We verify requests using information already associated with your booking or account (e.g., reservation number and email). If we cannot verify you, we may request additional information or deny the request as permitted by law. 6. Response Timing We respond within 45 days, with a permitted 45-day extension for complex requests, as allowed by California law. 7. Shine the Light We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes in exchange for consideration. 8.
