What Are Cookies and Local Storage? Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Local storage is a similar browser feature. We use these technologies to operate the booking form, remember privacy choices, and—only with your consent where required—understand how visitors use our booking pages. 2. Types of Technologies We Use Strictly necessary (always active for booking) - Session and security tokens needed to submit reservation requests - Booking hold identifiers and form state - Privacy preference storage (cookie consent, do-not-sell flags) - These are required to provide the booking service you request and are not used for advertising Functional - Remembering that you scrolled through Terms & Conditions - Remembering pickup location selections during your session Analytics (non-essential; consent required where applicable) - First-party page view, session, device type, approximate geography, referral source, button click, and form submission analytics collected through FleetMate's Wix-connected analytics ingest - Used to understand booking funnel performance and improve the website - We do not use this analytics data for cross-context behavioral advertising Third-party technologies - Our public marketing site may use Wix and other third-party cookies outside the FleetMate booking page. Review Wix privacy settings separately for those pages. - Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies when you pay a deposit on Stripe-hosted payment pages. 3. Your Choices When you first visit our FleetMate booking page, you can: - Accept all cookies (essential + analytics) - Use essential cookies only (analytics disabled) You can change your choice later by clearing site data for the booking domain or using the Cookie Preferences link in the booking footer. California residents may also use our Do Not Sell or Share page. EEA/UK visitors must opt in to non-essential analytics where required by law—analytics remain off until you accept. 4. Data Collected Through Analytics (When Enabled) - Page path and title - Session identifier (hashed/bucketed in reports) - Device type - Approximate country and state/region - Referral source label - Time on page and button/form interaction labels We do not intentionally collect names, emails, or payment details through analytics scripts on the booking page. 6. Retention Privacy preference records are retained to honor your choices.
